I have been using Bravo Cadillac since I moved here in 2018. Bonnie has been there service writer who te prefer to work with. She seems to understand our needs, and can explain her recommendations. HOWEVER, she cannot tell the customer the status of our dealer provided extended warranty. As a result our dealer (you) provided warranty lapsed. Bravo has made some changes in their service department all positive. Henry the new service manager is excellent he actually listens to his customers. And I was able to get Bonnie my previous service writer back If I leave a negative review for bad customer service I must leave a positive review for excellent service. It’s nice to be able to trust that my caddy will be taken such good care of. Also thanks to Juan my service technician.

Service department is always so amazing. I am always asking about coupons for my oil changes and they are always so helpful.
After you purchase the vehicle the customer service changes. Appointments are hard to schedule, callbacks are non existent, and they don’t provide services that you agreed to prior to purchasing. I dropped my car off to have a noise looked at and they had it for a week, said they fixed it, and it makes the exact same noise. I only have one key for the vehicle and have been waiting for the spare for a month now.
Can’t remember the last time I bought a new car. I like the fact that there was no pressure or aggressive salesman. Jacob was very smart & friendly in answering all my questions! Jacob…you da mannn! Lol
Fayth and the whole team acted like they wanted to make a deal, Responded to every question and challenge I gave them. Negotiated a deal in two hours that I couldn't get done at another place in two days. Finance handled with full explanations and detail. Well satisfied.
I purchased a new Traverse and the salesmen Jonathan Fretwell was excellent and was not pushy. With salesmen like Mr. Fretwell I will buy again from Bravo.

I purchased a brand New vehicle from Bravo. The modified it as I specified. Doing this, I thought I would be protected as Dealership did the mods.
They sold me the extended warranty. My Transmission blew at 70K miles. When turned in to warranty, they said it was voided as the car was modified.

The quality of workmanship is, as expected, excellent. The availability of the parts was the biggest hold up. Communication as to where we were in the repair process could use a little more work, but the customer service was really overwhelmed. The Bravo team really came together and made us feel as if they were partners with us during the process. The dealership family is aptly named. Bravo, Chevrolet dealership. Bravo ! 👏👏

The 5 stars are for Bonnie, she is awesome! I didn’t get his name but there was a young guy who was on his phone the whole time while I was trying to drop my off my vehicle. He was wearing a flat bill hat facing forward and adjacent to Bonnie’s desk. An important part of customer service is direct eye contact and acknowledgment of customers! I felt avoided by this guy more than anything! But other than that, y’all are awesome. Thank you for all your help!!

Clean and professional with a great staff and service department. Things are definitely different with the low availability of vehicles but that is everywhere.

Good Service Department. Used to do customary car washes after oil changes but the last two oil changes with 2 different vehicles I haven't received one. So that's why the 4 star rating. Oil changes are fairly priced all things considered.

This is the tenth vehicle purchase between my wife and myself in the last 4 years. Ms. Villa and Mr. Armendiaz are two of the most personable and caring people I have worked with. I traveled from out of state to purchase a new truck. Through all of this, Ms. Villa was able to provide all the information I needed, video called so I could see every little detail, and was always quick to respond when I had questions or needed information. I Went in for my first oil change on my 2021 Chevy Traverse. It took a little over an hour due to the dealership being busy. I didn’t mind waiting an hour. There was coffee and snack available for the customers and the lobby area was clean and a nice place to wait. Staff were very friendly and professional. Took 2019 Chevy Bolt in for a main traction battery replacement under a recall and the work was done as projected by the shop and I got my car back on time with a full charge and (no oil leaks, ha). The only other service we have had done is a software update for DCFC and no oil leaks there either. So far we have had a really good experience owning an electric vehicle.
Manny, the service supervisor is the best. this is the best I have been treated at Bravo. He was interested in me as a person. While in the past I was treated a number. I urge you to contact Manny for your service needs.

Linda Smith, the Sales Associate, is great---very efficient, courteous and responsive. I am counting on Miss Linda to get me my Cadillac CT5 Blackwing very soon. Jesus in financing is a total gentlemen. The first low pressure/no pressure finance guy I have ever encountered in my 50 years of buy vehicles.
Aaron Stewart helped me find the right vehicle for my family. He went out of his way to insure everything was taken care of on the vehicle and even delivered it to us, because we live out of town.

On my 2017 stingray, I discovered I can only get up to ~223 channels on the satellite radio. After about 5 hours of trying to resolve through Chevrolet.com, I gave up and went to the service Dept and spoke to the service manager, Mauro. Took our vehicle to get repaired and they have the worst communication. If you want updates on your vehicle, you better call because you won't get any for weeks.
